York Hearing Practice – Review
I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the service I have received from the York Hearing Practice. I have found Robert Donnan’s approach to be excellent in all ways; from my initial free consultation & audiometric test assessment to each of my reviews after I decided to go ahead with a free trial of hearing aids, as well as following my decision to purchase the Phonak Audeo B90- 10 hearing aids.
At all appointments, Robert has been very friendly and helpful and provided me with clear information, as well as having been most willing to answer any questions and explain in detail the functioning of these technically sophisticated hearing aid devices. As a retired medical doctor, I always wish to ask questions and understand the detail of any advised treatment program or therapy and Robert has been more than happy to spend considerable time with me and to answer my many questions and clarify any points however large or small.
At my last review, Robert printed off a summary of the hearing aid device programs, outlining details of their functioning in different situations over time for me, although this is not something that he usually does as a routine. I have found these very informative and appreciate Robert’s attention to detail and flexibility of approach.
The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Overall I would highly recommend the York Hearing Practice and all the connected services under Robert Donnan’s care.
